Missions

We are blessed to participate in and support domestic and international missions.

Locally - the ROC Youth Center in Ashland. 

The ROC began in the fall 2005. Its mission has always been to provide a space for students to be themselves, while teaching them about God's love both through intentional bible studies and being positive role models for youth. 

The youth center is a unique outreach because some students come in not knowing about the Gospel and are exposed to the Bible and for the first time at youth group, while others have dedicated their life to Christ.

Emphasis at the ROC Youth Center is on learning positive life skills that are important in all areas of life.

 

Internationally

We partner with and support The Raining Season which helps orphaned children in Sierra Leone.

The Raining Season strives to seek justice and provide a hopeful future for vulnerable children in Sierra Leon in an effort to raise up a new generation that will in turn bring hope for generations to come.

Through this partnership, we help to sponsor children in need, and participate in mission trips to Sierra Leon where we put 'boots on the ground' and actively work to help them.

 
 

We also participate annually in Samaritan's Purse and "Operation Christmas Child." 

This is a tradition within our church and we are blessed to be a blessing to children in need through the packaging of shoeboxes!
